is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time opportunity as a Supply Chain Manager.
In this role, a team member will be responsible for vendor relationships, generating Purchase Orders, in compliance with financial policies and procedures as well as performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
Related experience is preferred.
Must be able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
Ideal candidates would be able to:
Build relationships with existing vendors, and find new vendors.
Ensure goods come and go on schedule to prevent any impact on operations.
Keep operations running smoothly, and constantly investigate alternative systems to improve efficiency and consistently review a company's procedures.
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording orders.
Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements Ideal candidates would have the following skills:
Proven working experience as a Supply Chain Manager preferrably in a manufacturing setting.
Solid understanding of Purchase Orders Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers Hands-on experience with spreadsheets Proficiency in English and in MS Office High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Ideal candidates have the following attributes:
